Before the crew arrives

- You'll get a heads-up on what to clear from the rooms being worked on — we handle the larger furniture
- Any subfloor issues found during your estimate are flagged in advance, not discovered as a surprise mid-install
During installation
Our crews remove old flooring, prep and level the subfloor as needed, and install your new flooring room by room. We use floor protection and dust control on adjoining areas that aren't part of the project, and we clean up debris as we go rather than leaving it for a big mess at the end.
How long it takes
Most residential projects run 3 to 5 days depending on square footage and how many rooms are involved. Larger whole-home projects or jobs that involve significant subfloor repair can take longer — we'll give you a realistic timeline during your estimate, not just a best-case number.
After the install
We do a final walkthrough with you before we consider the job finished — checking transitions, trim, and finish quality room by room. Any large furniture we moved gets put back.
